Mushroom Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 stick butter or oleo
    2 small cans mushrooms
    2 cans cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brush chicken with butter and lemon juice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put into casserole dish, place under broiler until browned.
    Add soup diluted with water.
    Add mushrooms and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over rice.
