Cheddar Cheese Pumpkin(Autumn Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. minced red onion
    1/8 tsp. dill weed
    strip of green pepper (for \"stem\")
Preparation
    Mix in medium bowl the Cheddar cheese and cream cheese, until well blended.
    Stir in peanuts, carrots, onion and dill. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour. Shape into pumpkin or ball shape.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
