Microwave Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 c. (1/4 lb.) sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. snow-pea pods
    1/3 c. celery, sliced
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 small red pepper, cut in strips
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz homestyle gravy
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cut
    steak
    across
    grain.
    Set aside.\tPlace mushrooms and next 4 ingredients in 2 quart casserole.
    Cover dish with wax paper.
    Microwave
    on
    High 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes.
    Stir once. Drain
    well.
    Stir in meat.
    Cover.
    Microwave 3 1/2 to 4
    1/2 minutes.
    Stir twice.
    Meat will be pink.
    Blend cornstarch
    into soy sauce.\tCombine with gravy and ginger.\tStir in
    meat mixture.
    Cover;
    microwave on High, 4 to 6 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
