Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 can peas and carrots (mixed)
    1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked, then pull meat from bones and tear into generous pieces.
    Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in pan and stir until it has a smooth consistency.
    Then put pieces of chicken and vegetables in with the soup and heat thoroughly.
    Place in a casserole dish.
    Roll out crescent rolls and place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rolls are done.
