Cheese And Green Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 lb. grated Monterey jack cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can green chilies (hot), chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice; drain.
    Cool and mix with sour cream.
    In buttered casserole, put layer of rice/cream mixture, about 1/3 of total. Add layer of 1/3 of cheese, 1/3 of chilies.
    Repeat twice ending with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
