Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. half water, half milk
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. drippings from roast beef
Preparation

Beat eggs with water and milk mixture.
Stir in sifted flour and salt.
Beat excessively.
Pour drippings from roast beef into 8 or 9-inch pan, greased.
Put pan into 450\u00b0 oven until fat begins to smoke.
Pour in batter and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until puffed and brown.
Serve with gravy.
