Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 medium Cool Whip
Preparation

Take coconut out of freezer to thaw.
Bake cake as directed on box.
Remove from oven and take a fork and punch holes all over cake while it's still in the pan.
Pour cream of coconut over cake.
When this has soaked in (approximately 30 minutes), pour Eagle Brand milk over cake.
After this has soaked in (approximately 30 minutes), spread container of Cool Whip over top of cake.
Sprinkle with entire package of thawed coconut. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or until chilled. Refrigerate after serving.
