Tasty Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain and save juice
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
    2 c. chopped apples with skins (Red Delicious)
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and vinegar in pan. Cook until thick.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day or 8 hours, mix together apples, nuts, Cool Whip, pineapple, marshmallows and pineapple juice;
    mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
