New Orleans Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. ham, chopped
    water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. cooked and cubed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine onion, celery and
    ham\tin saucepan.
    Add water to cover.
    Simmer until
    tender.
    Whirl through blender.
    Melt margarine and add flour and milk together to make a thin white sauce.
    Add potato, onion, celery
    and
    ham.
    Mix white sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
    Heat, but do not boil.
