Chocolate Zucchini Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. oleo, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preparation

Beat oleo, brown sugar, granulated sugar and oil for 2 minutes.
Beat in buttermilk, vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients, stir in zucchini.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan lightly greased.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
