Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 pastry crusts
Preparation
    Combine berries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Place in pastry crust. Dot with butter. Cover with second pastry crust. Pinch edges to seal. Make slits in middle of top.
    Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; cook for about 40 minutes more.
