Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef (ground round is best)
    2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    16 oz. container sour cream
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    wide egg noodles (large bag)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and drain.
    Stir in 2 cups water and Lipton soup mix.
    Stir and cook for 15 minutes.
    While sauce is cooking, boil noodles until tender.
    Add sour cream to sauce and stir until creamy.
    Add noodles and mix well.
