Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. oil
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Mix sugar in and set aside.
Meanwhile, bring vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard to a boil.
Remove from heat and add oil.
Bring to boil again and pour over cabbage mixture.
Refrigerate at least 2 days.
Will keep for 2 weeks.
