Hot Cowboy Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pintos, soaked overnight
    salt pork, sliced small
    1 piece ham hock
    1 large onion, chopped coarsely
    2 to 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    2 chilies, seeded and chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer at least 4 hours, preferably 8.
