Ingredients

2 cubes margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugars; add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Let set in bowl in fridge 4 hours or overnight.
Pinch off dough and shape into small balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten balls with bottom of glass dipped in cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 12 minutes or less.
