Pecan Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. light or dark syrup
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix pecans, corn syrup and softened margarine in ungreased round pan (9 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Spread to cover bottom of pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Spread over pecan mixture.
    Bake until golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Run knife around edge of pan to loosen; immediately invert on heatproof serving plate.
