Southern Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Preparation
    Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add celery, green onions and green pepper; saute until crisp-tender.
    Stir in broth and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Spoon rice into a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Add hot broth mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with pecans.
