Fix Ahead Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices oatmeal bread, cut into cubes
3 c. cut up cooked chicken breasts
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (if desired)
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. Accent
4 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Line 13 x 9-inch pan with 6 slices of bread cubes.
Mix next 6 ingredients and spread on top of bread.
Add rest of bread on top of mixture.
Pour eggs, mixed with milk.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Bake covered 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Then add soup, cheese and almonds.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
