Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    milk
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in slightly salted water until fork-tender. Drain and mash with electric mixer adding the cream cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste, plus add milk as needed to make the potatoes smooth, but not soupy.
    Spread mixture evenly in a greased or Pam sprayed glass baking dish.
    Dot the top with butter or margarine.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
