Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
pinch of salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add 1 cup flour and mix well. Press into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Beat eggs. Add light brown sugar and beat until thick.
Add pecans and coconut which have been tossed with 2 tablespoons flour.
I usually add a little more coconut! Add vanilla and salt; mix well. Spread over baked crust and bake 20 more minutes until browned. Sprinkle powdered sugar when cool and cut into squares.
