Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In medium pan, combine cocoa, sugar, brown sugar and salt. Add milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute, still stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Let cool 5 minutes in pan.
Stir in vanilla. Pour into jars with tight fitting lids.
May refrigerate up to 1 month.
Makes 2 1/2 cups; 75 calories per tablespoon.
