Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can chunk-style tuna
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1 (8 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Slowly cook onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add soup, milk and tuna; mix well.
    Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain.
    Alternate layers of noodles and soup mixture in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Sprinkle with potato chips and return to oven to brown chips.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
