Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn juice
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
butter
Preparation

To make corn juice, blanch approximately 1 dozen ears of fresh corn.
Barely cut tops of kernels off and scrape remaining pulp off cob into kernel tops (or can use canned cream-style corn).
