Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
juice and rind of 1 lemon
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Mix the flour and sugar together and the lemon juice and rind, egg yolks, butter and salt.
Stir in milk and mix.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into first mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
