Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 small bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
    Saute onions and pepper until soft.
    Stir in pineapple juice, tomato sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
    Pour sauce over pork chops.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
