Marinated London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
    1 large clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 beef top round steak (3 lb., 2 inches thick)
Preparation
    In large Ziploc food bag, combine all ingredients and squeeze bag to mix ingredients well.
    Add steak, seal bag and lay in pan. Refrigerate overnight.
    Flip over after about 3 hours so meat gets evenly marinated.
