Mom'S Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. shortening (may use margarine)
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vinegar
    cold water
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and shortening.
    Put egg and vinegar in a one cup measuring cup and blend.
    Fill cup to full with cold water.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Bake for about 10-12 minutes or use as directed for pie recipe.
