Curried Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. consomme
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation
    To this pan
    blend in flour and slowly add consomme.
    A cup of water
    may\tbe
    added
    if
    more
    gravy is desired.\tAdd tomato paste
    and\tcurry
    powder.\tAdd
    meatballs to gravy and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
