Grandma Gwen'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork (you can use all beef)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped fine and sauteed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in half the milk for 1/2 hour.
    Mix ingredients in order, with remaining milk last.
    Oil your fingers and shape to desired size (1 pound of meat will give you approximately 60 small party meatballs); roll in flour (or sprinkle a little on) and fry lightly at medium heat.
