Chilled Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. V-8 juice
1 c. cold water
4 packets George Washington brown broth mix
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrot
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
few drops Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix together juice, water, broth mix and lemon juice.
Add the veggies to the juice. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Serves 5.
