Pork Chops In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    4 large onions
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 c. white wine
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until brown.
    Remove onions and brown pork chops which have been sprinkled heavily with flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour wine mixed with soy sauce over chops.
    Cover and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
