Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 water from chestnuts
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 packs Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs.
    Press in bottom of oblong dish.
    Reserve 1 cup of crumbs.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except crumbs, and put in cracker bed. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
