Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced onion
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can tomatoes, mashed
1 lb. hot sausage
1 can Ortega chilies, chopped
flour (optional)
Preparation

Saute onion and sausage.
Drain well.
Add grated cheese, chopped chilies and tomatoes.
Cook until well blended.
If too thin, sprinkle with flour and stir until right consistency.
Serve warm with corn chips. Makes 3 quarts.
