South Of The Border Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fresh pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
    4 cans Bush's hot chili beans
    chili powder
    cayenne powder
Preparation
    In large 5-quart Dutch oven, brown pork in 2 tablespoons oil. When meat is brown, push to side of pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 cup flour.
    Brown, then add 2 to 3 tablespoons chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Add 2 1/2 cups warm water; mix well.
    Add beans.
    Stir.
    Add water until pot is almost full.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Then reduced heat to low and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    May add additional chili powder or cayenne pepper to taste.
    Stir frequently.
