Rosemary-Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. small red skinned new potatoes
    1/4 c. fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes.
    Peel away a strip of skin around center of each.
    Toss potatoes with rosemary, butter or margarine and olive oil in medium size baking pan to coat well. Roast 35 to 45 minutes until potatoes are tender, turning gently every 10 minutes.
    Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
