Chicken Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chicken.
    Coat chicken completely with mixture.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven, covered, for 20 minutes.
    Turn and baste and bake until done, about 10 minutes.
