Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers, plus 1/4 c.
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine corn, cooked broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crushed crackers, onion, butter, salt and pepper.
    Pour in casserole.
    Top with 1/4 cup of crushed saltines mixed with 1 tablespoon of butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
