Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag, place all ingredients.
Close and shake until potatoes are well coated.
Put potatoes in shallow baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes stirring occasionally or until potatoes are tender.
