Candy (Fairy Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light syrup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and vinegar.
    Boil to 310\u00b0 in big kettle. Remove from heat and cool until bubbling stops.
    Mix in vanilla and baking soda.
    Cool in 9 x 12-inch pan, buttered.
    Remove from pan; break in chunks and dip in melted chocolate.
