Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    6 large potatoes
    8 to 10 pork chops
Preparation
    Debone and trim fat from pork chops.
    Beat flour, add salt and pepper and fry until brown.
    While pork chops are frying, precook potatoes by boiling on top of stove.
    Add soup and water in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Add onion soup.
    Put potatoes in soup mixture and place pork chops on top.
    Cover with foil, bake until soup bubbles (about 30 to 45 minutes).
