Carrot Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. margarine or butter
Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Peel, slice and cook carrots in sugar water; drain. Put carrots in greaaed 6 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Melt cheese and margarine and pour over carrots.
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
