Dixie Lily Party Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    6 1/2 c. Dixie Lily self-rising flour
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Add 1 tablespoon sugar and set aside.
    Measure shortening and remaining sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups boiling water.
    Mix and cool to lukewarm. Beat in eggs and yeast.
    Stir in enough more flour to make a soft dough. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
