Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 ribs celery, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of curry powder
    pinch of dry mustard
    3 beaten eggs
    1 can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    10 Ritz crackers
    3 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo until tender, not brown.
    Mix eggs, soup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, curry powder and mustard.
    Crumble crackers into this mixture.
    Add sauteed vegetables and hamburger meat.
    Blend well with hands. Pile into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and drain off juices and fat.
    Cover with catsup and bake 15 minutes more.
