Oven Roasted Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. assorted vegetables (usually zucchini, yellow squash, red and green peppers, celery, mushrooms and carrots)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secret savory herb with garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag.
    Shake until coated. Empty contents onto a large baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring once during baking.
