Pizzelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 sticks margarine
4 c. flour
anise flavoring
Preparation

Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted margarine.
Add flour, one cup at a time, and mix.
Add anise flavoring to suit your taste.
Spoon mixture on pizelle iron and cook until golden brown.
