Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red pepper (large pieces)
    green pepper (large pieces)
    onion, quartered
    whole mushrooms
    pineapple chunks
    chicken, beef, shrimp or pork
Preparation
    Marinate meat overnight. Drain and place on skewers in any order.
    Approximate amounts per skewer:
    4 pieces red pepper, 4 pieces green pepper, 4 pieces meat, 2 pieces pineapple and 1 mushroom.
    Grill over low flame, basting often with soy sauce.
