Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pasta
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
    dash of pepper
    6 oz. hot cooked spaghetti or other pasta
Preparation
    In small saucepan or skillet, cook garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
    Stir in parsley, salt, red pepper and pepper.
    Heat and stir for 3 minutes.
    Toss garlic mixture with spaghetti or other pasta until coated.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 4 servings. Make your favorite tossed salad and garlic bread.
    Have some wine too.
