Chili Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. oats
1/4 c. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine tomato sauce with brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in saucepan. Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
Combine ground beef, milk, oats, onion and remaining salt and pepper; mix well.
Add half the sauce to beef mixture; blend well.
Press beef mixture into ungreased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan; spoon remaining sauce over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
