Orange Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium oranges, scrubbed and dry
3 oz. mini chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, soft
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper. Finely grate orange peel.
Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until pale and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add orange peel, orange juice and yogurt.
Mix well. Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over batter, folding gently just
enough to blend.
Spoon into muffin cups and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and top springs back if lightly touched.
Cool on rack.
