Fish Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 codfish fillets (6 oz. each)
    1/2 c. Nutri-Grain wheat cereal, crushed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/3 c. fresh parsley or 2 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    4 lemon slices
Preparation
    Pat fish dry.
    Combine cereal, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish, mixing well.
    Dip fish in egg whites and then in crumb mixture, coating well.
    Arrange in a shallow 2-quart baking dish, with thickest portions to the outside of the dish.
    Cover with plastic wrap, venting to allow steam to escape and microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning the dish every 2 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon slices.
    Serves 4.
    (Other fish could be used.)
